רשימת קבלני המשנה (Subprocessors) של קבוצת פאנץ’ וי.פי.אס בע”מ, ח.פ. 516569720, בהתאם לסעיף 8 להסכם עיבוד המידע (DPA). שינוי או הוספה של קבלן משנה יעודכנו בעמוד זה בהודעה של 30 יום מראש כאמור ב-DPA.

ספקי SaaS משווקים, אינם קבלני משנה: בשירותים הבאים החברה פועלת כמשווק בלבד, והספק הוא מעבד המידע הישיר מול הלקוח בהתאם להסכמיו הציבוריים, כמפורט בסעיף 6.2 ל-DPA:

בנוסף, החברה עושה שימוש בתוכנות של ספקי צד שלישי המותקנות בתשתית שלה (תוכנות פאנל ניהול ושרת, מערכות הגנת קצה וסינון). ספקים אלה מעניקים רישוי ותמיכה בלבד, ואין להם גישה שוטפת למידע אישי של לקוחות; הם אינם קבלני משנה לעניין ה-DPA.

Resold SaaS vendors, not Subprocessors: for the following services the Company acts as a reseller only, and the vendor is the direct Processor of the data vis-à-vis the Customer under its public agreements, as set out in Section 6.2 of the DPA:

Additionally, the Company uses third-party software installed on its own infrastructure (control panel and server software, endpoint protection and filtering systems). These vendors provide licensing and support only and have no routine access to customer personal data; they are not subprocessors for DPA purposes.
